Stefan Christian Holm (born 25 May 1976) is a retired Swedish high jumper. He won an Olympic gold medal, a silver in the World Championships, and one silver and one bronze medal in the European Championships. His personal records are 2.37 m (7 ft 9 + 1 ⁄ 4 in) (outdoors, set 2008) and 2.40 m (7 ft 10 + 1 ⁄ 4 in) (indoors, set 2005).
Stefan Christian Holm, född 25 maj 1976 i Forshaga församling, Värmlands län, [ 22] är en svensk före detta friidrottare som tävlade i höjdhopp . Holm har ett guld från OS i Aten 2004, en silvermedalj från VM i friidrott 2003 i Paris samt ett silver och ett brons från EM i friidrott.

Stefan Holm was a Swedish high jumper who won gold at the 2004 Athina Olympics. He also competed at the 2000 and 2008 Olympics, just missing medals by placing fourth both times. Holm was a four-time World Indoor Champion, winning in 2001, 2003-04, and 2008.
