Yuga Kawada (Japanese: 川田将雅, October 15, 1985 – ) is a Japanese jockey affiliated with the Japan Racing Association. Born to a family of horse racing, he is the leading jockey of JRA races of 2022. Since July 2016, Kawada, together with Yuichi Fukunaga, has a management contract with Horipro.

Yuga Kawada, one of Japan’s leading jockeys, piloted Loves Only You to victory in the 2021 Maker’s Mark Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Turf on Nov. 6 at Del Mar. It was the first Japan-based horse to win a World Championships race.
