Manoa Falls. This scenic 150-foot-tall falls is only accessible via a hike through the rainforest. It's a 1.5-mile round trip, which takes about an hour or two from the trailhead. Wear good shoes as the path can get muddy and slippery, and bring bug repellent and plenty of water.

At the end of the trail, you’ll find a thundering waterfall cascading down from over 150 feet up and into a mellow pool below.
Manoa Falls is one of the most spectacular waterfalls on Oahu to see! Cascading 150 feet down the mountainside, it will seem more like 1000 feet as you stare up at the endless water falling down the rocks. I love the recently improved hiking trail to this Oahu waterfall.
