The Coburn Covered Bridge is a historic covered bridge, carrying Coburn Road over the Winooski River in eastern East Montpelier, Vermont. Built in 1851, it is the town's only surviving 19th-century covered bridge.

Another gem of the Historic Covered Bridge experience. Not visible from the highway so be sure to use your mapping. The bridge road is about a mile south of the Martin Covered Bridge.

Coburn Covered Bridge: History The bridge was built in 1851 by Larned Coburn and given as a gift to the town. The only covered bridge left in East Montpelier, it crosses the main stem of the Winooski River, just down stream from the confluence with the Kingsbury Branch.

Also referred to as Cemetery Bridge, this is one of those Vermont covered bridges that is just perfectly situated for photographs! With a little bit of an incline coming in to it on one side, it just sits so lovely over the Winooski River, waiting to be adored by the right set of eyes.
