Mark Randolph Osborne (born September 17, 1970) is an American film director, writer, producer and animator . Biography. Born in Trenton, New Jersey, [1] Osborne grew up in Woodstock, Vermont until at age 14 he moved to Flemington, New Jersey and graduated from Hunterdon Central Regional High School in 1988. [2] .
