Nia DaCosta (born November 8, 1989) is an American film director, screenwriter, and producer. She made her feature film debut as a writer and director for her crime thriller film Little Woods (2018).
Nia DaCosta is a Brooklyn-born filmmaker who has written and produced movies such as Candyman, Little Woods and The Marvels. She also co-created the podcast series Ghost Tape and directed the short film Hedda.
