Rob Dames. Rob's first success as a playwright came in 1978 with a production of the comedy mystery, Frozen Stiff followed by the Neaderlander Organization optioning his play, After All These Years for Broadway. These successes on stage opened the door to a long career writing for the theater, television and film.
Rob Dames (born June 13, 1944) is an American writer, director and producer from St. Louis, Missouri. Productions. He started his career in the film industry in 1977, with credits including The Love Boat, Benson, Marblehead Manor and Full House.
