Phedon Papamichael, ASC (Greek: Φαίδων Παπαμιχαήλ, Faidon Papamihail; born 10 February 1962) is a Greek cinematographer and film director, known for his collaborations with directors James Mangold, Alexander Payne and Wim Wenders.

Phedon Papamichael (Greek: Φαίδων Παπαμιχαήλ, born 1962) is a cinematographer and film director. Born in Athens, Greece, Papamichael came to the United States at age six when his father went to work as a production designer for John Cassavetes.
Phedon Papamichael was born in 1922 in Thessaloniki, Greece. He was an art director and production designer, known for A Woman Under the Influence (1974), The Killing of a Chinese Bookie (1976) and Seven Hours to Judgment (1988). He died on 16 July 2008 in Athens, Greece.
