Lucy Pevensie, known as Queen Lucy the Valiant in Narnia (1932-1949), was the youngest of the four Pevensies children and was the first one to discover the World of Narnia. She was crowned "Queen Lucy the Valiant" at Cair Paravel and reigned with her siblings for over a decade, after which she and her brothers and sister were sent back to England.
