At Disability Rights Ohio, we provide legal advocacy and rights protection to a wide range of people with disabilities. This includes assisting individuals with problems such as abuse, neglect, discrimination, access to assistive technology, special education, housing, employment, community integration, voting and rights protection issues.

Find Us. Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is located in communities across the state of Ohio, with a Central Office, the Division of Disability Determination, and several Vocational Rehabilitation offices and appointment centers.
Applying for Services. If a person has disabilities or is suspected of having a disability and lives in Franklin County, that individual or a parent/guardian can apply for services. Birth to age 3. Help Me Grow of Franklin County is the first contact for families of children 0-3 years old. Families or others may call (614) 227-9860 to get started.
The Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities (FCBDD) is a county agency providing supports to children and adults who have developmental disabilities.
