  4. We are proud to offer farm raised beef, pork and chicken . We work closely with USDA Soil Conservation to integrate and employ the most up to date soil conservation practices. Over the past decade we have built multiple grass waterways for collecting rainwater.

  5. Strawberries. Growing System. We grown our strawberries on the annual plasticulture system. In this system we plant new plants each Fall in preparation for a Spring harvest. Variety selection is key and we plant specific varieties developed for this growing system. Our goal every year is to pick before May 1st and until June 10th.
