Cygnus Wine Cellars is a Maryland winery producing table wines and champagnes from only locally grown grapes. Winery tours are offered to the public every weekend, and wine tasting and retail sales are available every weekend from 12pm-5pm and by appointment during the week.

The winery was born in July 1996, emerging from the shell of an abandoned 1939-vintage slaughterhouse in downtown historic Manchester, Carroll County. Owner and winemaker Ray Brasfield focuses on producing dry table wines and methode champenoise sparkling wines (champagne) from only locally grown grapes.
