   Folino's is a Vermont take on the classic thin crust nyc pizza. We went with the Cajun shrimp, the truffle pig and prosciutto de Parma. As a native new yorker, I have to say, they did thin crust justice. The flavours were wonderful and the crust was perfectly baked to crispyness.

   Is Folino's a good place to eat a pizza?

   • We loved Folino's. The pizza is charred wood oven style. The cheese is chewy good and the sauce, lovely. The setting is a bustling warehouse kind of vibe. They do a heavy take out service so our pizza took about 30-40 minutes. It was worth the wait. BYOB or go next door to the brewery. The pizzas and salads are delicious.
