Feb 28, 2015 · I often take a walk here after work when visiting Jersey City. It's very peaceful and has the most beautiful views of downtown Manhattan. The park is really just a spacious pier over the Hudson River. It has fixed picnic tables, benches and chairs. In the evening many families and kids visit.
