There's another museum nearby which I didn't take the time to visit. Fort Chaffee is now open to the public, and is no longer an active military base, except some areas are still used for training purposes. To find the Barbershop Museum from Fort Smith, go east on Rogers Ave., which is also Highway 22. Go several miles to the suburb of Barling, AR.
