The Conservation Area is part of a larger 115-acre occurrence of some of the highest quality grassland habitat in the state, which are supported by the Connecticut River corridor and mouth of the Ammonoosuc River. In addition to this property, ACT also conserves a piece of the Chamberlins’ land just north in Bath, NH. Ammonoosuc Conservation Trust.

Area near Children Of Israel Cemetery and Thompson Road has some herd paths that can throw you off.
