  3. Strange Looking Sunrise. I combined three different exposures of the same photo to arrive at this strange looking sunrise. February Sunrise at Woodmont Beach. I like the different colors in the water and sky, also the reflection of the clouds in a pool of water by the rocks.

  4. Low-key, no frills, rocky, but relaxing, quiet and beautiful views of the Long Island Sound. If you ever have the good fortune to be there at sunrise, they can be spectacular. People come from all over to spend a week there. This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.

  6. The transition from beach to water will always be rounded gravel. At mid and low tides you can swim or wade to an underwater sand bar about 100' from shore. The sand is cleaned twice a week. There is parking around Trubee Doolittle Park and on the streets Feeding Beach Ave. There are no parking fees or residency required.
