Website. www.mcc.com.mt. The Mediterranean Conference Centre ( MCC, Maltese: Dar il-Mediterran għall-Konferenzi) is a conference centre in Valletta, Malta. The building was built as a hospital in the 16th century by the Order of St. John, and it was known as the Sacra Infermeria or the Holy Infirmary ( Maltese: Il-Furmarija ).

One of the most imposing buildings in Valletta is the former Sacra Imfermeria of the Order of St John of Jerusalem, now popularly known as the Mediterranean Conference Centre, which is located adjacent to Fort St Elmo & overlooking the Grand Harbor.
Under the conference centre lies the Holy Infirmary of the Knights of St John. It takes you to a place and time where amazing good things were done as well as some not so good things. A place of refuge in WWII as well. Being underground the space is limited and passages narrow in places.
The MCC is a 16th century building converted into a modern conference centre with magnificent views across the Grand Harbour. It offers a range of spaces for events, from 1,400-seat auditorium to elegant banqueting hall, with audio-visual equipment and catering services.
