Sang-Young Shin [1] (Korean: 신상영; born August 8, 1987), [2] known professionally as Kim Chi, is a Korean-American drag queen, artist, entrepreneur, and television personality best known for competing on the eighth season of RuPaul's Drag Race.

Kim Chi (KO: 김치) is a drag queen, performer, makeup artist, and contestant on Season 8 of RuPaul's Drag Race, where she placed as a Runner-Up, alongside Naomi Smalls.
Originally named "Jizzney Princess", Kim changed it. She was inspired by the Korean food kimchi.
