The bells and whistles can be great, but this is the foundation of On Cinema. The various ways Tim gets drunk each year is always a highlight for me. I'm actually rewatching the whole series now, including the Oscar Specials, so I might have a clearer ranking in a month or so, but the 3rd has always been my favorite.

I really believe this special houses some of the best bits of the show and is so underrated. Every single element of the stooge performances is so genius, the recurring nightmares of every award nomination bring identical and Gregg's third attempt at making the same dolby theater tour are incredible, and the Peyton Reed interview is so absurd.
