2 days ago · The band seems like a bunch of lifelong friends who play down at the local bar for shits and giggles, but they’re cold, calculating songwriting assassins who will cut your ears off and mail them to the younger version of you. The whole album is a goddamn delight and a wonderful palate cleanser too. Yeah, this one hurts.

Review by Lydia Evans for MPM. Swedish rockers Nestor are set to release their latest album, Teenage Rebel, on 31st May 2024. The band was originally formed in 1989 only to disappear for over three decades. Nestor released their debut album Kids In A Ghost Town in 2021, and will return with Teenage Rebel.

5 days ago · Nestor: Teenage Rebel. Nestor is an almost too well-preserved band from the bygone 1980s, akin to discovering a woolly mammoth in a huge chunk of ice. Although the Swedish band may have gotten their start in 1989, the group only released a couple EPs before going into stasis until 2021 when they reformed and released Kids in a Ghost Town.
