  5. Mar 7, 2022 · We did some footwork for you and found an easily accessible, awe-inspiring waterfall that’s sure to blow even the most seasoned Hoosier’s mind. Anderson Falls is nestled within Bartholomew County Park, and it’s quite an amazing treat. Best of all, it’s easy to reach.

The county park and parking area is right across the road from the falls - easy to have good vantage point. Rest rooms are closed, but Port a potty in place.

  7. Check out this 1.3-km circular trail near Hartsville, Indiana. Generally considered an easy route. This trail is great for birding, fishing, and hiking, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime.
