Overview. All MARTA fares must be purchased with a Breeze card or Breeze ticket. Breeze cards are $2 and may be reloaded for up to 3 years, whereas Breeze tickets are $1 for single-use only. MARTA fare is $2.50 for a one-way trip — but your options don't stop there.

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA / ˈ m ɑːr t ə /) is the principal public transport operator in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Formed in 1971 as strictly a bus system, MARTA operates a network of bus routes linked to a rapid transit system consisting of 48 miles (77 km) of rail track with 38 subway stations.
MARTA’s trains, buses and para-transit vehicles provide about 420,000 passenger trips within the city of Atlanta and Fulton and DeKalb counties every weekday. Accessible directly from the airport, MARTA provides public transportation that is convenient, safe and clean.
