It centers around a hungry alley cat who tests a plant growth formula on a canary, making taller and wider but too much for the cat to eat, so the cat retaliates by drinking the formula himself and accidentally passing it to a bulldog and a mouse.

A hungry cat uses some Jumbo Gro on a scrawny canary to plump him up but soon all the domestic pets are using the elixir to grow big.
