The most useful review selected by Indeed. This is a great concept but drivers are definitely taken advantaged of. Compensation is poor, communication is severely lacking when attempting to reach driver customer support. Driver are given standard canned answers when gigs are incorrectly posted, cancelled, or problematic.

It found that Roadie drivers’ median earnings per delivery ranged from $12.73 to $14.75 from the first quarter of 2022 through the first quarter of 2023. Unfair treatment, non-payment for completed work, poor customer support. I am extremely disappointed with Roadie. This company treats its workers with zero respect and fails to pay them for their hard work. On July 30, 2024, I completed several trips in the Fort Worth area, earning $26.78.
