Gaiety George is a 1946 British historical musical film directed by George King and Leontine Sagan and starring Richard Greene, Ann Todd and Peter Graves. It is set in the late Victorian music hall, when an Irish impresario arrives in London. The film was inspired by the memory of George Edwardes.

Gaiety George plot. Dashing entrepreneur George Edwardes buys a dilapidated music hall in the capital. He uses the premises for musical comedies, much to the delight of his audience. But after George marries Kathryn Davis - a beautiful young chorus girl - vengeful theater critic Henry Carter sets out to destroy his career.
