5.0 of 5 bubbles. Interesting, attractive, fun, safe area. Charming old city streets, forts, Lots of bars and restaurants many with live music, galleries with creative original art at bargain prices. Very safe to get around during day and felt safe at night especially if street wasn't deserted.
