Rania is 16 years old and lives in the slums of Fortaleza, Brazil. Her dream is to become a professional dancer so she takes classes in her neighborhood. In order to dance on stage and get paid, she agrees to perform at a strip club. When she meets choreographer Estela, she finds a unique opportunity to fulfill her dream and become a professional dancer. But this life step won't be an easy one.
Rânia plot. 16-year-old Rânia dreams of a successful career as a dancer. Not a dream that is easy to realize, because Rânia lives in the slums of the northern Brazilian city of Fortaleza and has to work hard to survive. In addition to her school career, she helps her mother with the household and has a part-time job in a beach bar.
