Buzzard (Stephen Baldwin) and Betty Wall (Emily Lloyd) dream of moving out of their boring trailer and to Hawaii. After Buzz's patent for "cammo" sunscreen gets shot down, dashing their dreams, hope is restored when they win $10,000.
