Brief Synopsis. The child of a movie actress is a pawn in a child-selling ring that has its origins in Vietnam. A street mime attempts to kidnap the daughter of lovely actress, Joanna Lake, during a shoot on a New York street. Mike Hammer witnesses the event and prevents the crime, but becomes more deeply involved.
