Prom Night is one of those slasher films regarded as a classic, but it seems the only reason is because it featured Jamie Lee Curtis. Jamie Lee is an excellent actress but seems bored all the way through this film. Prom Night starts off promising with some great camera-work and what seems to be an attempt to build suspense, but soon loses steam.
