With assistance from partner Soapy Jones (Roscoe Ates), Texas Ranger Eddie Dean (Eddie Dean) helps rancher Jenny Morgan (Jennifer Holt) recover her stolen herd. For Eddie, the theft comes as a shock, as it may have been perpetrated by his twin, who is known as "the Tioga Kid" (also Dean). Suddenly, the brothers are at odds as never before.
