  6. A very ordinary Edmund Lowe vehicle from 1930. It gives Cameo Kirby good competition for least distinguished John Ford film I’ve seen so far. It remains very curious to me how despite some strong work (Doctor Bull, Air Mail, Arrowsmith), Ford just didn’t benefit from the pre-code period as much as similar filmmakers.
