The saboteurs attempt to get rid of her in an original way, but Superman arrives in the nick of time (surprise!) and saves the day and Lois as well. Fear of sabotage seems to be an overriding theme in the cartoons and films of the WWII era.

Dec 31, 2014 · Superman has a tough time fighting three goons even though he can shrug off having a ton of scrap metal dropped on him.
