Devour is a 2005 American horror film directed by David Winkler. Plot. The story follows Jake Gray ( Jensen Ackles ), a young man who's been having bizarre visions of murder and self-mutilation, and his experience with a live roleplay -like online game called "The Pathway" (a similar roleplaying as seen in The Game ).
With Jensen Ackles, Shannyn Sossamon, Dominique Swain, William Sadler. Revolves around a character named Jake Gray and his friends that have been playing a deadly game called "The Pathway", which eventually spirals out of control and threatens a worldwide epidemic of violence.
