Mar 1, 2021 · Ingredients. 2 tbsp of unsalted butter. 1 pinch of brown sugar. 2 ¼ tsp of active dry yeast. 2 tbsp of molasses. 1 ¼ cup of warm (but not hot) water. 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. 2 tbsp of cocoa powder. 1 tbsp of caraway seeds. ½ cup of wheat bran. 1 ½ cup of rye flour. ½ tsp of fennel seeds. 2 tbsp of ground coffee or expresso.
