Brief Synopsis. Estela is a young architect who hopes to alleviate Havana's housing crisis. But depression leads her to slit her wrists; which brings her to the attention of Ernesto, a cynical hospital nurse who has several ongoing scams. After Estela invites him to dinner with her family, Ernesto manages to offend.
