Robert Grant (Jason Alexander) is the concierge of the elegant Majestic Hotel. With inspectors due for a surprise visit, the Majestic's owner, Mrs. Dubrow (Faye Dunaway), puts extra pressure on Robert to keep the establishment running flawlessly.
