Seesaw is hard work for parents. Reviewed 2 years ago. Pros. Allows teachers to keep in touch with parents on a daily basis using photos, messages and uploading homework tasks. Cons. It is difficult to understand where to find things that teachers have posted and un-intuitive.

It has such a user-friendly interface that even my 6-year-old kid can use it effortlessly without any hassles. It has an easy navigation tab in the bottom. I can take real time assessments from my students to track their progress.

Pros: Seesaw is an educational software that rockets student learning to the highest level. As a teacher, the platform offers streamlined instruction, progress, and endless collaboration opportunities! Cons: I don’t like that the messaging between students and parents isn’t there. Alternatives Considered: ClassDojo.

Seesaw is a valuable digital tool to add to your tool belt! It encourages creativity for students. It allows students voices to be heard by more than one person (the teacher) and creates authentic communication experiences. It has equipped my students with a place to display their work and showcase their successes.
