Toby is also a quick learner; after he dies in an accident, he's reborn inside a robot that looks just like him and retains all of his memories. His father, in fact, treats him just like the original Toby. But Toby is dead ...
Heartbroken, Dr Tenma works with Dr Elefun to create a robotic duplicate of Toby. Dr Elefun provides Tenma with the blue energy core to power the new Toby. But Tenma can't take the robot as his son, so Elefun releases him on his own. But, President Stone, eager to get hold of the Blue core, finds Toby flying through the city & orders his capture.
