Explorations V Children’s Museum Announces Renderings and Major Galleries for New Facility at Bonnet Springs Park. Explorations V Children’s Museum (EVCM) is undergoing its second major expansion in the Museum’s almost 30-year history when it moves to Bonnet Springs Park in 2021.
Explorations V Children's Museum is an independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) children's museum in downtown Lakeland, Florida. History [ edit ] Founded in July 1991 by parent volunteers, the museum moved from its original location into the four-story historic Kress building in 1999.
The Explorations V staff continues to maintain a quality children's attraction. Parents and grandparents will have fun watching their little ones explore and enjoy everything in this 3-story attraction, from the miniature fire truck and airplane to the working TV studio and the massive interactive orange "world."
