  6. Oct 1, 2004 · I read Children of the Lamp 12-Sep-2011, eleven years ago, and have almost no memory of it now. My Amazon order history shows that I bought the first book The Akhenaten Adventure in paperback 30-Aug-2008. So, apparently it sat on my shelf for three years before I picked it up, I never went on to read more of the series, and I can't remember it now.
