『 To Heart 』（トゥハート）は、1997年5月23日に Leaf から発売された 学園 ラブコメ ビジュアルノベル 。 概要. 本作は、 サウンドノベル の手法を取り入れた「 ビジュアルノベル 」の『 雫 』『 痕 』により、マニアックな支持を集めていた アダルトゲーム ブランド「 Leaf 」によるシリーズ第3弾である。 企画・原案・脚本を担当した 髙橋龍也 によれば、本作は当時に閉塞感のあったLeafの売り上げに貢献するよう企画されたものとのことで、マニアックな色彩の強い前2作と比較して、より広い客層にアピールする作品となっている。
To Heart is a Japanese adult visual novel developed by Leaf and released on May 23, 1997 for Windows. It was later ported to the PlayStation and given voice acting. A second PC version, titled To Heart PSE was released containing the PlayStation version as well as bonus games. To Heart PSE and the PlayStation version had the adult scenes removed.
