Andrew Roy Gibb (5 March 1958 – 10 March 1988) was an English and Australian singer and songwriter. He was the younger brother of Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb, musicians who had formed the Bee Gees during the mid-1960s.

Dec 29, 2020 · On March 10, 1988, Andy Gibb went to the hospital after reporting having chest pains, where he later died. The doctors ruled that myocarditis, a weakened heart condition, was the cause of death, most likely caused by prolonged cocaine abuse. He died five days after his 30th birthday.
