Stephanie Opal Weinstein AKA 'Opal Enthroned' is an American musician. She was born on October 4, 1973. She is the ex-wife of Pantera, frontman Phil Anselmo. They were together, for eight years, by January 1, 1995 until May 1, 2003. They were good friends for six years, before their romantic relationship. They engaged in 1998. They married on the 31st of October 2001. That same year, they created a brilliant acoustic band, called Southern Isolation, releasing a self-titled EP.
Weinstein and Anselmo, divorced friendly, one year and a half, exactly, after their wedding date. On May 1, 2005, Weinstein, auctioned off some items, she was given by Anselmo, during the time they were together. The comment on the auctions said:

On October 31, 2001, Anselmo married his longtime girlfriend, Stephanie Opal Weinstein. That same year, the couple created an all-acoustic duo called Southern Isolation and released an eponymous four-song EP.
Opal Enthroned has rejoined Necrophagia on March 5th 2008. Opal was a member of the band during the period when Philip Anselmo was playing guitar for Necrophagia. She made her Necro debut on the "Cannibal Holocaust" EP in 2001.
In addition, the group enlisted Gorelord leader Frediablo as second guitarist, and Opal Enthroned on keyboards. Necrophagia released the Cannibal Holocaust EP in 2001, along with their first DVD, Through Eyes of the Dead. Anselmo, Opal and Fabra departed the band shortly after the release.
