Bill "Electric" Church was recruited along with Sammy Hagar and drummer Denny Carmassi to play in Montrose. Church rejoined Sammy when he went solo for eight studio albums from Nine on a Ten Scale (1976) to VOA (1984) until Sammy left to front Van Halen.
Bill serves the greater church as a prophetic apostle. He serves as Senior Leader for both Oasis City Church, Westerville, OH and Covenant Church of Pittsburgh, in Pittsburgh, PA. Bill is gifted as an organizational leader with a heart to raise up team ministry within the church.

The two parishes were closely connected for several years, and Father Arnold served as the pastor of both since March 2013.
