Rocco Chinnici (Italian pronunciation: [ˈrɔkko kinˈniːtʃi], Sicilian: [kɪnˈniːʃɪ]; 19 January 1925 – 29 July 1983) was an Italian anti-Mafia magistrate killed by the Sicilian Mafia.

Rocco Chinnici was born on 19th January 1925 in Misilmeri (PA). He attended a classical high school and he graduated in law in 1947. In 1952 he started to work at the tribunal in Trapani and then he moved to the tribunal in Partanna.
