Jean-François-Thérèse Chalgrin (born 1739, Paris, France—died Jan. 20, 1811, Paris) was a French architect, developer of an influential Neoclassical architectural style and designer of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. Chalgrin was trained by the celebrated architect E.-L. Boullée and in the office of Giovanni Niccolò Servandoni.
