Biography. I was born around 975 as a daughter of Siegfried I of Luxembourg and Hedwig of Nordgau. I married King Henry II of Germany. Our marriage was mainly of a spiritual nature. Some years later, Henry was crowned Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire and I was crowned as his Queen. I was politically active.
