Moungi Bawendi (Arabic: منجي الباوندي; born 15 March 1961) is an American –Tunisian–French chemist. He is currently the Lester Wolfe Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Bawendi is known for his advances in the chemical production of high-quality quantum dots.
